Glasdegib is a Hedgehog signaling pathway inhibitor used to treat chemotherapy resistant AML (acute myeloid leukemia). Glasdegib molecule attaches to the Smoothened transmembrane protein and inactivates the Hedgehog signaling pathway. Glasdegib sensitives cells and reduces chemotherapy resistance.
