3D model fabrication of the rectum, uterus, bladder and ureters is shown superimposed over a corresponding pelvic MRI. The reconstructed model clearly shows the location of a deep endometriosis nodule involving the posterior uterine wall and rectum, obscuring the recto-uterine pouch. Both images are merged with a historically styled medical illustration to suggest the progression of medical imagery over the last century.
